  • Orders and Shipping
  • What payment methods do you accept? We accept most major credit and debit cards.
  • Where do you ship? We ship everywhere in the United States, Puerto Rico, and all US territories.
  • When will I get my order? In 5-8 business days domestic. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information inside. Please note that it may take up to 48-72 hours for your tracking information to update on the carrier’s tracking website.
  • Returns or Replacements
  • What is your return policy? If you are not satisfied, you may return the products within 30 days of delivery. We will not accept them after this window. Return shipping is at the expense of the customer in the event your products are returned to us. Please make sure the name and order number are included in the package to prevent delays.
  • Can I cancel my order? We process all orders immediately. If it hasn’t already been sent out, email us at help@lovebutterorganics.com  ASAP and we can cancel it.
  • What if my order arrives damaged? Please email us at help@lovebutterorganics.com  with the subject DAMAGED along with your order number and a photo of the broken product!
  • Rewards and Loyalty
  • How does your wholesale work? Wholesale prices are automatically factored in when purchasing. When purchasing volume; a wholesale discount will be applied if your order qualifies. You do not need to have a subscription or fill out any special form to get a volume discount when buying volume. Limit conditions determine wholesale pricing.
  • Become an Affiliate: If you have a business that you would like to offer Love Butter in or through, please fill out the form and upon acceptance you will be eligible for special pricing and bonuses for your work in sponsoring Love Butter. We greatly encourage Affiliates and believe that we all work and benefit more as a team!
